Catherine Park Estate will host our first annual Christmas light competition. Get your ladders out, light up Catherine Park Estate and take you share in over $1000 worth of prices.
Entries will open on Tuesday 1st of December; all entrants must be registered by Monday 14tht of December. Judging will take place on Friday18th of December. The winners will be announced on the 21st of December.
All entrants will be judged on merit and not on size.

Biggest and Brightest
$500 EFTPOS Gift card
$100 Coles Myer gift card
Criteria: Best colour display, best use of space, design and originality. Additional points will be given for celebrating local heritage
Best Courtyard or Balcony Display
$250 EFTPOS Gift card
$100 to spend Harrington’s Bar and Grill
Criteria: best use of a small space, use of bright colours and originality additional points will be given for celebrating local heritage
Most Energy Efficient Display
$250 EFTPOS Gift card
$100 to spend at Enzo’s Gregory Hills
Criteria: Use of energy saving products, display 100% energy efficient, use of bright colours and originality additional points will be given for celebrating local heritage
Complete the Submission Form along with photos, video, or a combination of both along with a short description about the inspiration for your display and any innovative or unique features. The more photos the better!
At least one photo must include either the owner or the front façade of the home.
Include your name and your lot number.

Terms and Conditions:
- Eligible only to those who have obtained their Occupation Certificate on a home site within Catherine Park Estate
- Photos, video or a combination of both along with a short description about the inspiration for your display and any innovative or unique features.
- At least one photo must include either the homeowner or the front façade of the home for validation.
- Completed Submission Forms must be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by midnight 19th December 2020. They must also include the name of the entrant and lot number.
- In consultation with a guest judge, Catherine Park Management will award one winner for each category based on the judging criteria.
- Winners will be announced at 22nd of December. Announcement will be made to the Catherine Park database and all entrants will be informed.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Limited to one entry per home site.
- The winner of each category agrees to Catherine Park Estate management sharing any media in submissions on websites, social media and any other promotional material.
